Chili Lime Chicken Sheet Pan Fajitas (Whole30)

Chili Lime Chicken Sheet Pan Fajitas (Whole30)

These fajitas are super easy to throw together.

They only require one pan (all the dishwasher praise hands for that one). It does need about an hour in the oven, but that is hands-off time so you can throw it in the oven then go live your life.

And it’s perfect if you like to meal prep ahead of time. I like to get the chicken in the marinade and slice my veggies the day before so the chicken absorbs more flavor and it’s ready to throw together quickly.

All the flavor.

These are basic but still big on flavor. Lots of chili + lots of lime + lots of other goodness.

Serve it with our favorite Creamy Chipotle Sauce or this Avocado-lime Crema to kick it up a notch. You can serve them over chips with queso for some freaking delicious nachos. (Is that a contradiction – serving fajitas on nachos?) Whatever, I don’t know the rules. All I know is it would be so yummy.

We like to serve them with tortillas for a DIY taco situation, but you could serve the chicken and veggies over rice to keep it gluten-free or with cauliflower rice to keep it low-carb and Whole30 friendly.

This fajita recipe is great for the whole family. The chicken and veggies are flavor-packed, but super lean and healthy. Each family member can add the toppings they desire whether they are eating healthy or eating all the queso.

Let’s be honest. We all need a little more party in our weeknight dinners. Any way you serve it, you’re sure to be fiesta-ready with these fajitas.
