I have a love-love relationship with Nutella.
You know, the kind of relationship where you only love it and there’s literally no downside. Unless you count accidentally binge-eating way too much of any desert contains Nutella. I guess that could be considered a downside by some… but if you ask me, too much of a good thing is a good thing, so whatever.
Fudge vs. Cake.
These are like whoopie pies. But with a less cakey and more fudgy cookie. This makes them way way better in my humble opinion. Fudgy beats cakey any day.
You know, like when you make boxed brownies and sometimes you have that one friend who wants to make the cakey instead of the fudgy version? And they always, always get over ruled. This is kind of like that.
Also, the filling in the center is made with Baileys Espresso Creme. So that ups the “yummy factor” considerably
The cookies are so over the top rich and delicious. We like them on the smaller side since they are so rich. You’ll definitely want to eat more than one.
So make them small. ‘Cause they’re cute. And cause you need pace yourself.
Baileys makes everything better.
I realize it may seem like I’m going a little Baileys crazy lately. But guys, St. Patty’s day is coming quickly. It’s right around the corner. So really I’m just trying to get into the “spirit”.
