Guys, one of our favorite holidays is coming up. We LOVE Cinco de Mayo. Mostly because Mexican food is probably our favorite cuisine. No lie, we tend to cook Mexican-inspired dishes at least 4 nights a week.

We’re the type that like to cook dinner at home every night even in normal/non-pandemic life. It’s cheaper and (usually) a healthier alternative to going out to eat. And it can be a quick, mostly hands-off process with the right tips and tricks.
